How We Collect Information
Types of Data We Collect
We receive and store information you give us (either through the Site or in some other way). You may choose, as part of the services available on the Site (the “Services”) Service, to enter Personal Information, including your name, city, state & country location, email address, and phone number. When you create your profile on the Site, we collect categories of information relevant to your profile, including your contact information, information about your experience, education, desired salary, and commute preferences. When you verify your profile, we collect whatever information included in the additional web profiles you disclose. We do all of this to help us in our effort to help you, land the right opportunity.
When you order services on our Site, we will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information and shipping information. We do not store this information directly on our servers, but this information may be shared with third parties who help process and fulfill your purchases.
We currently contract with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. We use the services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our Site. To do this, we use web beacons, clear GIFs and cookies provided by our marketing company on this Site. The information we collect helps us learn things like what kinds of customers our Site attracts, which of our products most interest our customers, and what kinds of offers our customers like to see. Although our marketing company logs the information coming from our Site on our behalf, we control how that data may and may not be used.

You need to be careful, because your career credentials or other information you provide to us may reveal your identity. It is up to you to make sure you are comfortable with the information you provide. Rolebot does not have any obligation to modify: (1) potentially identifying information in your Disclosed Profile, or (2) your career credentials to remove or mask information that may identify you. Your “Disclosed Profile” means your Personal Information that Rolebot may disclose to an Employer (including your work experience) according to the settings you choose in your profile.
Employers’ Use of Your Disclosed Profile
Note that Rolebot does not have any control over how an Employer uses and discloses your Personal Information, including information you provide directly to that Employer. You acknowledge and agree that (1) Rolebot does not evaluate any Employer’s privacy practices, and (2) Rolebot will not have any liability for any actions of any Employer. You should know that Employers to whom we may disclose your Disclosed Profile may share your Disclosed Profile with others.
Choices Regarding Your Information
We are committed to giving you control over your Personal Information.
If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to accept Cookies from our Services for any of the purposes described above, then you can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting a Cookie from the websites you visit. Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information you provide to us, and may modify or delete that information, by logging into your account and editing it.
